What data we collect and why
We only collect data you give us directly. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. Here is what we collect and why:

How we store your data
Your data is held in our email inboxes (Hostinger Mail and Gmail, operated by Google) and in project files stored on OneDrive (operated by Microsoft). All services used are GDPR-compliant. We do not maintain a separate client database.
We keep your data for as long as is necessary to deliver the service and meet any legal obligations — typically no longer than two years after the end of our engagement. After that, data is deleted.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to deliver your project — and only with your consent.
Third parties we use
We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to operate our business:
